I have a free day today
My DH is playing golf with my dad.
My mom got her crib all set up (FINALLY) and is taking Jack for a few hours.
What in the world do I do with myself today?
I don't need mani/pedi.
I have a ton of errands to run
I need to clean the house
I need to buy lots of gifts
I need sleep - lol
What would you do if you had free 5 hours or so??

Run around the house so it is straightened up----head off to the beach---and when you get home bring ds for a nice walk around the source mall to do some shopping!

I would take some time for yourself...take a nap, if you have time left, go to the beach. You can run the errands with Jack, right? You can do them later today with him or tomorrow. Enjoy the time by yourself by doing things for you, not errands!

That's a toss up!! I'd feel like I should clean the house, but I'd so want to sleep, shop and do stuff for myslef.

well, since you don't get free time that often I WOULDN'T use it to clean, run errands or anything like that. Do that stuff during the week. I say go to the beach and take a long nap or read a book. Relax. Do NOTHING!!!

I'd sit outside with some magazines and Iced tea and do nothing. Maybe even sneak in a nap.

I am the type to run errands and get stuff done but that's not my advice. My advice is to sleep and relax. I struggle all the time with doing that with free time but I have yet to be able to just give myself the OK to do it. So silly but so ingrained. I hope you are relaxing..... Enjoy!

This is what I would do....
mani/pedi
Lunch (one that is not thrown down my throat in fear that she will cry as soon as I sit down)
Some errands, but it has to include a new outfit for me!
Buy gifts, but has to include one for me!
Clean when they are with you and nap! (don't do it today!)
Go home and sit outside and relax in the sun!!!
ETA: this is what I WOULD do, but lord knows when I have some time to myself, I use it to run errands
