sorry girls...tried finding a # for you guys and all it says on the website is that the bottles/sippy cups etc. are FDA approved in the States and if you want to get away from that plastic go buy one of their other products 
seems like a pretty sad answer! they also say that walmart, babies r us and one other store over there will be voluntarily taking the BPA bottles off the shelf in 2009.

i think that if big conglomerates like BRU and walmart pulll non BPA free bottles off their shelves, all the bottle companies will finally only make BPA free bottles.... it will kill their sales!

the whole reason they wont do a recall on the plastic bottles that arent bpa free.. it would totally wipe them all out. I agree most likely they will become BPA free by 2009

I wish that those stores would do it sooner! it would make shopping for DC's bottles, sippy cups, soothers, your breast pump etc easier for everyone!
