I found stage 3 fruits and veggies to be the same as stage 2, only more quantity so now I just stick to stage 2 fruits/veggies.
The meats/pasta's however still make DS gag a bit. I mash the chunky stuff if I am feeding him Satge 3 'dinners'.
I started at about 7 months.

I started here and there at about 7 months, but we dont see much of a difference in the food, so I use a lot of stage 2 still and mix in some of my own veggies/pasta at dinner time.

We tried at 7 months and there was ALOT of gagging so I waited another month and he was ok with it.

I never gave DS Stage 3. I went straight from Stage 2 to Table Food.

We never used Stage 3- like previous posters said, lots of gagging- we went straight to table food from Stage 2 at about 12 months.
