why can't you eat panera?
I was not sure if panera sandwiches are considered a cold cut or not.
They are cold cuts but honestly I'll bet they go through them so quickly that there is virtually no danger. Just to be safe I heat the meat for 1 minute in the microwave.

SALT!!!! olives, pickles, salt bagels, tomato sauce. I'm not into chocolate at all and I usually LOVE chocolate.

glad to see im not the only one!! I buy a block of polly-o mozzarella cheese and slice it and eat it.. i try to only eat two thin slices a day...and then ill go for the ice cream.. did i mention that i have four different 1/2 gallon containers of ice cream and 2 pints.. oh yes.. and lemon italian ices.. even the dogs have their doggy ice cream.. what have i done!?

combos -an all time favorite

omg isnt it like one of the best things on this planet?!?!?! Ugh, i inhaled the rest of mine last night.. i might have to have DH pick up another 2lb block.. u know BJ's sells a 4lb block for 6 bucks! UGH! what a dream!

Lets see....my first tri all I wanted to eat was Spaghetti-o's and Eggo waffles, LOL
Now, I want a lot of fruit, apples, cantaloupe, and watermelon mostly
although the other day I just had to have ribs...and I am SO not a ribs girl. I must say, they were deeelish!
eta: I've been wanting bagels really bad too...and living in NC there are NO good tasting bagels. My mom vaccumed sealed and overnighted bagels for me...all I can say is toasted buttered bagels are amazing and my Mom rocks!

At least you are good and finish the block of cheese. I have bad OCD when it comes to food and I end up tossing them when they are half done....what I think is going to happen to it I don't know....but I have like 5 blocks in my fridge! My DH wants to kill me!

When I had my morning sickness I was craving.. BAGELS, BAGELS AND MORE BAGELS!!!
Now nothing, my diet is back to normal.
