Update -
My strep test came back negative, my throat culture came back normal! 
My Urine Analysis came back negative for protein (no pre-eclempsia here!!!!!!) but positive for bacteria and white blood cell count was high. According to the receptionist that is indication of UTI but she will have my midwife call me later to discuss. Receptionist said it really isn't a big deal. UTI's are common in pregnancy and can be treated easily with antibiotics.
Still no major explanation for the severe swelling, guess it can just be pregnancy symptom.
My grandma is in surgery now. Yesterday they changed the double bypass to a triple and the surgery is expected to take 5 hours.
Thanks for all the hugs and prayers everyone!!! You all really make it a heck of a lot easier to get through these trying times. 
that's good news about your tests, now i am for good news about your grandma!!!
