Another rash on his neck - Need help!

So Jack is 21 months old and every few weeks he gets this rash on the back of his neck, under his neck (chin) and slightly on his face. It looks like little pimples. Its really tiny and you could miss it if your not looking for it. When I go see the ped he tells me its probably viral. Does anyone else kid get this so often and does it ever go away? Should I bring him back every time it happens? I dont know what to do about it anymore. I don't think it's an allergic reaction because I dont think we have given him anything new. How can I tell though? UGGGGH - Nothing is every simple.

DD gets them all the time. It could just be a heat rash or just from rubbing. I would say just make sure that you keep it clean and dry.
