Without a doubt his curly hair. I get stopped every single day with someone commenting on his locks, lol. They always say "if he were a girl he would have been born bald". LOL!
Also his whirlwind tearing around the room action..like the tazmanian devil. Devil being the operative word

DD - for her funny comments - she comes out with the funniest things.
DS - for his smile and laugh. He lights up the room and you can see pure joy in his eyes.

He'll be more remembered for his personality. Of course he's absolutely adorable  but he's also a total pisser. He's got a happy, funny little personality. He's always doing something silly.

Intelligence. Everyone was amazed that DS knew every car manufacturer before he was 3. Teachers often comment about how well he reads (he's 4.5, but reads at a 2nd or 3rd grade level)
DD- adventurous spirit. She is always trying to do new and exciting (aka dangerous...  ) things.

I think it will be his personality - he so happy and will smile at the drop of a dime. He loves other kids and gets so happy to see them.
I'm not sure if he will be remembered for his features...other than his smile.

the first few months - probably her hemangioma (strawberry birthmark) that was in the middle of her forehead. It used to really annoy me that people would always comment on it in the beginning (what is THAT?) etc. 
Now at 10 months the hemangioma is almost gone and people always comment on her bright blue eyes.
