"I Loved Her First" song

Anyone ever hear it, it's a country song? If you've got a daughter, make your DD listen to it, he'll probably tear up. Mine does

ETA: It's a beautiful song, I just like watching DH get misty to it too!

LOVE that song - first heard it when I was pg and I cried - mentioned it to my Dad and he said he'd gotten misty eyed at it too!

Yes, it makes me cry. In fact any song about a daughter or a child makes me cry since having DD.

My friend loves that song....she used it as her father/daughter dance at her wedding.

I don't have the song, but here are the lyrics. I heard it right at the end of my pregnancy & couldn't stop crying.

I Loved Her First was my song I danced with my dad to at my wedding. Not a dry eye in the house.

My dad made me listen to this song..It brought tears to Dh too.

I danced with my dad to "In my daughters eyes" by martina mcbride.. not a dry eye in the house. I still can't listen to it

Stealing Cinderella is another one that hits close
