Snowblowing and times
Are there any town ordinances on what times you can use the snowblower?
What's considered too early and what's considered too late?
I know everyone will have their own personal opinion, but are there any real rules about this?

It should be in the town code for noise ordinances. I think the town vehicles are allowed to run any time though.

Re: Snowblowing and times
I believe it is 9am and 10pm in the Town of Huntington but in state emergencies (which almost all snow storms are declared ) I believe the rule does not apply
What happened? Get woken up by a snowblower this morning?
Believe it or not it is also legal to ride a snowmobile or Atv on the road when state of emergency is declared. Or at least it used to be

Nope, didn't get woken up by one. We were discussing it at work, as to who has one and whether they used it or not this morning.
I think the constant hum of the snowblower is actually better than the annoying metal shovel scraping the driveway (and it's over much sooner!).
Thanks
