Re: Anyone has a DH who is always getting sick?
My DH constantly has some pain or other. Whether it's from being sick, a tooth ache (he perpetually has toothaches, despite getting about 6 teeth pulled in the past year), his legs hurting him, headaches, migraines, everything.
It really ***** and it's at the point where I know I sometimes tune him out when he complains, because it is EVERY day ALL the time.
To make matters worse if I have a headache one day, or have had a bad day, it's like he always has to one-up me. It really drives me crazy.

DS was sick pretty much straight from Sept. - Jan. with various illnesses. We were at our wits end and I used a ton of sick days with work. It was so frustrating.
ETA: Sorry I thought your post said "DS" Not "DH"....

I could have written the same exact post. DH has been sick with something every day for the last 3 years. Whether its a cold, a toothache, a headache, his parents ****** him off, blah blah blah. I have basicallyl just given up and ignore his complaints because if he will not take care of himself there is nothing I can do about it. It is WAY beyond frustrating though since if I ever want to do anything, I'm mostly by myself.

My Ex was like this..if my neck hurt, his neck and BACK hurt...if I had a cough he had a cough and a sore throat. It was so annoying. He always had some ailment or another.
what's really funny is that the kids have started to catch on to him..they think he's a hypocondriact (sp? )

Re: Anyone has a DH who is always getting sick?
Mine! He wasn't sick so much before we had DS, but in the 10 weeks since he has been born, he has had two bad illnesses. The latest (still going on now) is really bad--I think he has the flu. I'm really hoping DS or I don't get it.
I too am feeling exhausted from all the solo babycare (how do single parents do it)? and slightly annoyed since this weekend I was supposed to get my hair cut and nails done. Oh well, so much for the me day. Though I know DH can't help getting the flu and would probably rather be better.
