Some Progress on our Noisy Neighbors
Well, after we called the police department on Sunday, and requested an interview with them, they quieted down...after pretending they were asleep....the cops were talking to us in our apartment at 2:00 AM, and heard all we have been woken up to...the booming music, the hooting & hollering & the slamming of the doors NON STOP...
Well, the cops were buzzed in to their hallway & when they went to the door, the morons pretended they were asleep...cop started yelling in the hallway & the other neighbor came out and said they had also just placed a call into the police for noise too...
Anyways, they did get ticketed for something this time...
And we contacted the owner of the apartment complex on Monday and we found out they are already proceeding with eviction due to breach of lease...they have 5 people living there (5 beds) and the lease states the names of 2 people...
I just hope its finalized soon as I cannot deal with losing any more sleep
Its bad enough it woke us up at 2AM, I was in such a deep deep sleep & woke up TREMBLING---like shaking uncontrollably...that was the worst feeling I have ever felt...
SO hopefully, our end is in site with the noisy azzholes....

Good for you, for taking action. Why should everyone else around them have to suffer because of 1 tenant?

So sorry you're going through this - I had apartment neighbors once that sound just like yours, actually, so I know how you feel. I hope the eviction is taken care of VERY soon!

Wow how effing obnoxious! I'm glad it's going to be resolved but I'd love to give them a kick in the ars on the way out. Literally!
