My Brother just emailed me...
the email is:
"K----- (SIL, his wife) is OK. She was in Jackson, Tenn for a business trip the last two days. One of the tornadoes yesterday ripped the roof off of the building she was in. She is OK, just shaken up and has a few bumps and bruises. There are long flight delays and she is trying to get home from Memphis.
I will keep you all posted as I know more"
WOW! I am just shocked. I saw her on Sunday night and she told me she had a business trip this week, but we did not get into where it was. THANK GOD she is OK. Please send  her way. She needs to get home. TIA!

I felt the same way several months ago. I knew my brother was away on a business trip, but I didn't realize he was in Minnesota when the bridge collapsed. In fact, he had driven over the bridge less than 1/2 hour before the collapse.
I'm glad your SIL is ok.
