When you buy something from ebay, isn't the seller suppposed to leave feedback first? Ex: quick payment
And then when you get your item, then you leave feedback ex: great item,or authentic, fast shipping?

I leave feedback as a seller once feedback is received. You never know, what if I leave feedback as soon as they pay, but then when they receive the item issues begin. I play on the side of caution. This way I have a chance to affect their score if they leave unneccessary neg. feedback (this happen to me once).

When I buy, I leave feedback when I receive my item in good condition.
When I sell, I leave feedback when I know the buyer received the item in good condtion and is satisfied with the transaction.
Also, feedback is volunatary so some ebayers never leave feedback. Some people leave it in batches. And some people take the whole 60 days to get around to it.

As a seller I wait for a few days after they receive it to make sure that there are no issues I need to clear up. I don't wait for them to leave feedback, some people don't, but if I know they got it on Monday and I haven't heard anything by Sunday I assume there were no issues with the item.

yup.
Yea this is how I thought it went but I could see people waiting.
I won something last week and paid for it that night. And I checked today and I still didn't receive buyer feedback.
