What was your favorite housewarming gift you received?

- set of mugs/dessert plates with either coffee or tea whichever they drink
- nice bottle of wine with wine glasses
- gc to BBB or LNT
- if you know what color their bathroom is - a set of nice hand towls or hand towls with their monogram on them

Home Depot gift card far and away.
When people move into a house they often need new garbage pails, a tool kit... millions of things from HD.
My Dad always gave an American Flag kit. Everyone loved it and admitted they never would have thought to get one until the next Federal holiday.

You can get them at Home Depot. I think they are about $20 but it's been some time since I've bought one.

I got a cute gift basket from Williams sonoma filled with their handsoaps and lotions and some dishtowels and some other odds and ends. I thought it was a good idea.

We just purchased a Housewarming gift at Costco for a friend. We got a large serving bowl and 6 bowls.
7 piece set for $21 and they look much more expensive...can't go wrong!
