OH Happy Day!!!!!!!!!!
I just got a $652 refund check from my Mrtge Co. for over paying escrow on taxes!!!!!
*I know it's money I paid, so not like I am gaining, but it's still a nice surprise to get out of no where

be careful if you just bought recently. Our mortgage co effed up & refunded us over 3k in our first year then said "ooops we were wrong" & we had to pay it back! It was horrible!!!
