What was the best concert you ever went to?
What would you say was the best concert you ever went to? You can only pick one.
For me Billy Joel at MSG. That was awesome!

Prince (you know, the artist formerly known as)
my uncle took me and my two sisters (i was about 12 at the time)
Prince mooned the audience 
but it was sooo cool, because we got to go backstage and meet him afterwards

Tom Petty at Jones Beach - Awesome!!!!
Eric Clapton at MSG - ridiculously amazing seats that my old boss couldnt use - My DH still talks about it
Rolling Stones at Shea Stadium - 2 nights in a row and both nights rocked
Wiggles with my DS when he was 2. So cute!! Remembering his face will stay in my head forever
ETA: I reread - I can only pick one....Hmmnnnn....Eric Clapton!!

Billy Joel/Elton John at Giants Stadium. I had nosebleed seats and got moved down to the front row. I was right next to Donald Trump and Marla Maples.

Even though Depeche Mode is my all time favorite band and I love to see them live, Peter Gabriel at the PNC art center (in the pouring rain to boot). He is a phenomenal performer.

U2 Croke Park Dublin June 2005 or U2 MSG October 27, 2001. At the MSG show they invited FDNY and NYPD up on the stage it was a great show.

Lillith Fair in the Bay Area - great show and venue.
While it wasn't the best concert, I have to say at the time, seeing Duran Duran as a high school girl at their peak was the ultimate

I have seen MANY...............but performance wise..........an Aerosmith show I saw back in August of 1997 at MSG!!!!
It was SO amazing we almost postponed a vacation we were leaving on the next day to go again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
