SIGH....looks like this is it.
...Im all scheduled for my Essure (Tubal Ligation) on Friday morning.
Im ready, I truly am. It just seems so sad..
No more babies for me....
As my DH puts it we've done our fair share of populating....

I felt the same way after I had my tubal....there are still days that when I see a newborn I think...ahhhh.....but then I know I made the right decision. I love the comment your dh made!!!
