Had an internal sono today
First of all, i had called my dr's appt. to make sure I had to have a full bladder for an internal sono...they said yes...So I drank so much and my bladder killed me and when I got there - I didn't have to have a full bladder! 
Anyways, they said I am still early...only about 6 weeks (Based on the online calculator last night it said I was only 5 weeks), but they did see the sac but thats it. They want me to come back on the 28th for another sono and hopefully by then they can see more. I have a ob appt. next mon too - so essentially I have had a dr. appt every mon in January (last week I had blood test)

No heartbeat yet - I think that comes later. I think I am earlier than they are saying but I will know next week when I see an ob :)

I saw the sac last week too!!! I go back this Thursday (I will be 7 weeks exactly) and hopefully we see more!!!

That's great! You should definately see more at your next sono. I went yesterday (8wks3days) and saw the baby, the heartbeat, even tiny little arms and legs
