Labor on tv is totally exaggerated IMO
i expected to be screaming, huffing puffing cursing-the whole 9 yards! it was nothing like that for me. just bad cramps and spotting. i even cleaned the house before going to the hospital!!

i was scared too though...worried too much about it and that's a waste of time.
it's coming out no matter what right?
i was prepared mentally to have a vaginal birth-never even thought C-section for a second. well-had a c-section b/cthe baby was in distress. totally unexpected and had no control.you just have to go with it! i hope you all have a good experience!
