Ahhh Pregnancy Massage
I am very happily treating myself to a pregnancy massage on Saturday and was just wondering for those who have had one is it full body??

my 2 were. One avoided the feet all together, the other massaged the feet, but very lightly.
They were both on the side with big pillows to lean against.
It's great.......ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where did you ladies go. I went last friday to st tropez and they had me inclined but still on my back. and then on my sides. Feet were done just briefly.

I am going to Luna Mesa in Center Moriches. I have been there for a regular massage and facials and things like that but not sure what they will do with the pregnancy massage. I cant wait though!!!

I went last weekend and it was incredible 
I was on my stomach and then on my back and he massaged (lightly) my feet...I was 18wks at the time.
ETA: went to Massage on the Run in Huntington Village.

Usually it's a full body massage and focus is on your back. Most places won't touch your feet.
You can either find a place with a pregnancy table (with holes) or a regular table on a side lying position.

When I had mine done, it was a full body and she did do my feet.... She had me on my tummy (with the table insert so that I could be on my tummy - God it felt good to lay that way)
