I think it depends on how far along you are. I was 6 weeks last pregnancy and only bled a week or two maybe.

Can i ask what exactly is a chemical miscarriage?
A very early loss is referred to as a chemical. It could be that implantation never occured and the baby never had the chance to develop. Many women think it is AF and do not even realize it is a chemical because it is usually right around the time of AF.

thank you guys.
the dr. called it a "chemical miscarriage" and didnt tell me to come in so i assume perhaps its slightly different.
i was wondering for about how long i should expect to bleed for though, so thank you.
I am so sorry for your loss. I bled for about 5 weeks.
