Prenatal Yoga
Does anyone take (or has anyone taken) prenatal yoga classes?
If so, where?
My back is killing me and I'm thinking some stretching might be beneficial.

I go to a class once a week in St. James. I also have a DVD to do at home, because once a week doesn't feel like enough.

I live in west nassau so Woodbury's a bit inconvenient... I did however, find a great Prenatal Yoga DVD by Shiva Rea. I got in on Amazon.com for like $12 I think. It's easy to follow and helped my back tons. Pillow support between my knees when I sleep also seems to have some benefit to the back ache issue.
