Sciatia pain

OMG
I started getting pain on my left side where my butt and back meet. I looked it up and it said it was my sciatia. It helps to lie dow on the opposite side
Anyone else have this
Im 11 weeks right now. Its been bad for 2 days and now its starting to subside

oh yeah! its so bad, i started getting it around 30 weeks, its so painful

i've had it since about 29 weeks and its at the point were it's crippling. My Dr said unfortunatly there is not a whole lot you can do other than wiat for the baby to shift a bit or actually have the baby

I have pain in the same exact place. I'll be 26w tomorrow...

It hurts the most when trying to lie down or when just getting up.

I am actually feeling like this also ~ I also fell last week so that did not help matters.... i am in sooo much pain it is rediculous....

I had the pain for 2 weeks, but baby must have shifted -- because it went away. So there is hope for the rest of you.

I had it bad with my first and now it's just my back in pain at 29.5 weeks.

I had it so bad last week I swear I could not even walk! But my little angel moved and I'm okay now I think it depends on where they are laying! Feel Better!

I had that when I was 4 months pregnant. It was so bad I could hardly walk to the subway the first night. The stairs were a killer! I called the doctor and they said either the baby was sitting on the nerve and I would have to wait for the child to shift or my body was adjusting to the new weight and I was carrying myself differently or finally it could just be one of my symptons of pregnancy that would last the whole 9 months! Thankfully after about 4 days of rest it went away and knock on wood I am 32 weeks now and everything has been fine!

I just started this on Friday and it is by far the most excruciating pain I have ever felt. I've read it's the uterus, not the baby, leaning on it (though obviously the movements of the baby are what shifts the uterus). All the books say to lay on the opposite side and hope the uterus shifts away. I have a new found respect for people who live with sciatica!

My cousin had this throughout her entire pregnancy. She said the best thing that helped was to swim. Now its January, unless you have an indoor pool you're not going swimming.

I am 24.5 weeks and starting getting a pain down the left side of my butt last night. Great!

I had this at the same time around 11 weeks and had it for about 2 weeks. It was so painful but eventually did go away so the end will come!! I feel your pain!! I hope it feels better!
