Dormer prices???
Does anyone know what the price of a dormer would be on a levitt ranch?? we're looking to buy a levitt ranch in westbury, but would like to eventually put a half dormer on the back of the house just to straighten out the slanted walls on the back side. Just looking to see if we could find out some ballpark prices before signing the contract. TIA

the going rate is about 150 dollars a square

My husband is a contractor and he said the going rate is about $125 a square.
