cheese question
I bought a package of cheese today that has 3 circles of cheese with nuts around the edges. There is a cheddar, port wine and a garlic herb. I looked to see if it said "pasterized" anywhere on the package and it didn't! Does anyone know what cheese I am talking about and if it is ok to eat them? TIA!

Re: cheese question
Did you check the ingredients list? look at the list and see if it says "pastuerized milk."

Re: cheese question
The ingredients say "cultured milk". Is that the same as pastuerized?

Re: cheese question
I'm off topic now, but I looked at your profile and saw that your baby is due on my birthday!!!
It's a great birthday. I could party all night with my friends (once I was old enough of course ) and everyone always had the next day off.

Re: cheese question
Its not the same as pasteurized. I'd ask your OB before eating it.
