If your water broke prematurely....

did it happen again?

I am not pregnant, but I am trying. My son was a huge surprise and my water broke at 36 weeks!

Just trying to find out the chances it will happen again. I will discuss with my doctor when the time comes, but I like to hear stories.

To clarify, my water just broke in the middle of the night, but contractions hadn't started.

My water Broke at 25 wks with my 1st.
With my 2nd i went into Labor at 37 wks...my water never broke though...I had a repeat C-section no need to wait for my water to break

My water broke at 32 weeks with my first. I am now 34 weeks and 5 days. I've been closely monitored the whole time and I had started a progesterone treatment at 18 weeks that is supposed to lower your risks by 40 to 50 %. I had to stop them because of a complication, but there are definatly things your drs keep a close eye on. Try not to woory so much about it they told me that there was only a 20% chance of it happening again.
