How many months
Did most of you wait to tell people that your PG? I'm talking about friends and extended family, coworkers.

Best friend at 7 weeks. A few more from 7 - 11. Parents at 11 weeks (wanted to tell them in person and we live OOS). Rest of friends between 13 and 16 weeks.

Immediate family (parents and siblings) found out at 6 weeks. Everyone else at 13 weeks.

I'm headed right into my 8th week and most of my friends & family knows either by me telling them, or by word of mouth. No one at my job knows yet. I'm trying to keep it on the DL until 12 weeks before I speak to HR abotu scheduling my maternity leave. Until I actually show where it is obvious, I'm not telling any of my co-workers.

I feel the same way about my co-workers. They will be the last to know. Like you, I'm headed into my 8th week and most of my friends & family know.

we told immediate family when we found out and the n DH's family at xmas (i was 8 weeks) and my family january 18/19 (my parents dont live in ny where the rest of my family live so we are waiting for my parents to come into town to tell my family) they are so excited so i know they want to be apart of telling everyone... so i will be 12 weeks...

We told family around 6 weeks and my coworkers found out shortly after that because they were curious why I was going to the dr so often.

We told our parents at 8 weeks (after our first sonogram) and the rest of our family and friends at 12 weeks.

Immediate family and close friends right away - they knew we had been doing IVF for a year and were asking.
My boss I told right away and I just told the rest of the people at work (12 weeks on Wednesday)

Probably started around 6w with closest friends and family, then told work a couple of weeks later...by accident b/c my friend nadvertently outed me at her own work baby shower.
