Holy sinuses, I am SO sick!
Yech!!! This is my first time out of bed today. I'm trying soo hard to push fluids but I feel so dang nasty, I don't wanna swallow anything down this horribly painful throat. Having DH whip me up one of those honey&lemon tea concoctions.
Oh I hope this is a one day thing!! I hate feeling so awful.

Feel Better! I have had a few sinus infections so far. Unfortunately, I am prone to them normally so all the extra mucus production doesn't help the situation.
I would not be able to sleep at night without my humidifier. Saline nasal spray really helps as well. The honey lemon tea is great. I also put a little Vicks on the bridge of my nose and forehead before I go to bed.

I had a sore throat last weekend which seemed to have passed within 2 days. But now its back and worse then ever! Stuffy nose and clogged ears to go right with it.
This s u c k s. I hope we all feel better soon!

There is something called a nasal cleansing pot, you can find it at the health food stores. You mix salt and water into the pot and rinse your nose with it.(I know it sounds gross) It was a life saver for me earlier in my pregnancy when I was really sick.
