Registry..When? Where?
When did everyone start to register? Where? I'm only 13 Weeks...

we "started" at about 16 weeks (aka, went to BRU, got totally overwhelmed and realized I had no clue what we needed), did some more research and did the most of our registering around 20 weeks-----we registered at BRU & BBB

I just regsistered yesterday actually at BRU and I am 27 weeks. I wanted to wait as long as possible to my shower so that things don't get discontinued and until the new 08 stuff arrived.

I'm 13 weeks and just started thinking about it.
I plan on reading Baby Bargains as I go along. Tonight my task is to research a stroller.
I'm going to register at BRU so that it is convenient for all (even out of state'ers since they have a website).

I was right around 16 weeks, and started working online creating my registry at BRU. Once I had my level II and found out that it was a  , i made some modifications to the registry like with clothing....
For the most part tho - I just went with simple patterns that I felt weren't gender specific, and it worked out well in the end!

We went after our 20 week sono.
Definitely buy Baby Bargains book in the meantime and start reading it. I registered as I read it- starting with stroller/car seat, then moved on to the rest of the items. Its really overwhelming to do it all at once and you have plenty of time.

DH and I registered a week before our Level II Sono (20 weeks) at BRU. We only added a few basics and gender neutral stuff at that point. Once we found out we are having a boy, we went back to BRU and added a whole lot more! Like others have written above, I highly recommend the Baby Bargains book. It helped us figure out what to look for in a crib.
