for a sweeter bubble-pop Sofia by Francis Ford Coppola. It's the champagne he made for his daughter "Sofia's" wedding. Someday I want my daughter's room designed around this bottle. It is gorgeous.

Honestly, whatever is not too expensive. 
Neither DH or I like champagne so we do the midnight toast and then it's on to other drinks!
I know, I'm lame.
If someone can recommend a bottle of not overly expensive stuff (think no more than say $30) we'll try it!

pretty good too.
whatever you do, go for a Brut champagne...it's a little sweeter than Extra Brut.
I also like Rose's.
I like anything with bubbles actually. I am a champagne whore.

I love when people name them as a LI vineyard bc they get very little exposure.
I will be sure to get you a bottle after the bambino arrives!

My tried and true inexpensive yummy champagne is Martini and Rossi Asti Spumante. I am not a fan of champagne but I can down a bottle of this.

I've always gotten Moet but I'm not a big champagne drinker.
UNTIL
I got introduced to Praseco. Now, it's my new favorite obsession. I like he one, don't know the brand name, but the bottle is black I think and has a flower across it.
