leg cramp
so i normally get a little charlie horse in my right calf in the middle of the night but christmas eve in the middle of the night i got a bad one in my left leg that lasted about 20 min no joke i was in so much pain...ever since then its been killing me ..hurts when i walk and i have stairs in my house is there anything i can put on it? i was going to use bengay or something but not sure if i can

my doctor when i used to have charlie horses it means that my potassium is low... he used to tell me to eat more bannana's.... 
if you want to use something topical i would call your doctor first...

I feel like a 90 year old woman! Even my fingers hurt my knees that a whole differant story I swear it feels like someone took a bat to them!

This happened to me last week. I got 4 in one night...all the same leg. The last one hurt for the whole next day!!!!!!!!!

I got one in my right calf too a few weeks ago in the middle of the night. I had DH massage it out and then he helped me out of bed to try and walk it off a little. Since then, I've been doing the calf stretching exercises in "What To Expect When You're Expecting." It seems to be helping some. I've also started wearing socks on my feet in bed to keep me warmer.

It happened again to me very early this morning! And in both legs, although the pain was gone in a minute or so...
I going to get some bananas!

Bananas help.
I used to eat 1 or 2 bananas a day, and that really helped to preven them. Its the potassium in it.
