found a glider at COSTCO!
I hate shopping with my DH, but I figured we were both off from work, so what the heck. In the midst of many trips we stopped at Costco. I was feeling the urge to ram him the the back of the ankles (j/k) so I said I would be in the furniture aisle as he picked out chicken cutlets.... it must have been fate! I found a great glider... $250 with ottoman. Just as comfy as the $600 ones at the baby stores and a good neutral color. We bought it!... so excited!

I can't find a picture of the glider on their website. It is made by Shermag and has a darkish-tan microfiber cushion. It is very similar in style to the Dutalier models at BRU and BBB.
We got in at the Costco in Lake Grove (across from the Smithaven Mall).

This is great news... I sat in the Dutalier at BRU today and fell in love, but felt bad telling DH he needed for fork over $700 to include the ottoman. I'm going to check this out next trip to costco - I'll report back if it happens to be at the Westbury Costco where I shop. My only concern is the wood color - trying to stay with cherry/mohogany.
