Uh, gosh.  I normally hate to have such a judgemental reaction to celeb photos, but I have to be honest that I absolutely had the same first thought. His shirt does appear ill-fitting. Like, did he have a major growth spurt on the plane? Or did they accidentally pack last season's clothing?

i hate to say this, but I see a lot fo the kids I work with wearing clothes like this due to sensory issues... maybe he has an issue? OR - maybe he is being a little stubborn kid who insists on dressing himself and they let him?
