SPR: Personal Creations
Has anyone had problems with getting their order?
I ordered the red PJs for DD in time for Christmas (according to their website, anyway), and even paid for expedited shipping. When I check the status of the order online, it says its still in the personalization area. I just tried to call their customer service number, and it said that due to the high call volume, they cannot take any more calls right now. ***?!?!?!!??!?!?!

yes, I didnt pay for the expedited service, but I waited for a christmas ornament FOREVER! it finally came on Sunday! and yes it is next to impossible to get through to them

Sorry you are having this problem...it took a while for my DD to get her PJ's. There should be a "Live Chat" button on the website to speak to someone online.

I didn't have problems with them - but I did order stuff last year and they had it delivered on Christmas Eve
I would keep trying to call back - you have to get through to them at one point or another.
Also, don't they have customer service online? Like Live Chat?

I just tried this- but the girl would not help me- she just told me to send them an email.

I tried that, and she did not respond. I waited for like 5 minutes too to see if she would say anything. How rude!

I ended up having to email them too and they emailed me back..The tracking number they gave me never worked
They emailed me back and I had to try again. Still no luck..Finally by the time I sent the 3rd email, I went to the mailbox that day and Bryan's PJs were there.
Im not sure if I will order from them again..or if I do, Im going to do it in like October. LOL.
I think next year I'll stick with the Walmart Elmo PJs (I think it was Walmart)

Don't know if that will help, the personalized ornament I ordered from Walmart in 2005 came from Personal Creations.

I ordered something from them last year. I got the box two weeks after Christmas, (it was delivered January 5th!!) and this is what was stamped all over it:
I did not order from them this year!
 I hope you get your PJ's!

we oredered the pjs and they sent the wrong size! They are expediting the right size but we still haven't received them.

I HATE them! They sent DD pj's in the wrong size and refused to exchange them since that is what they had on THEIR form. They are awful and charge so much. I wish I ordered the pj's from Walmart.
