Spinoff to the Inflatable Lawn Ornament House:
Has anyone ever heard of the "Pirate House" which is located in Miller Place?? My sister bought a house she was looking to flip out there a few years back - and about two blocks away was this house - my GOD - the lawn was just covered with HUGE life-size Pirate people...
They even did construction on the house to make part of it like a SHIP - it looks like a boat. The person who lives there leaves it up ALL year long - ALL the time and they get such traffic from "tourists"... There were about, at the time, four houses on the block that were for sale because of the PITA that was THE PIRATE HOUSE.
Anyone every seen or heard about this one???

There used to be all these statues in Cold Spring Harbor of Pirate-like people and such....

wow - never knew there could be more than one.
this one is def in miller place - right off of oh CRAP i forget the street name - it is by the ranches - just a little north of there.
