not looking good...update
well...... it's over :( I went for my D/C today. No heart beat & I was starting to miscarry.
They are going to test the baby and start testing us as well. I'm hopeful that this will give us some answers and the next pregnancy with go smoothly.
My doctor was great through it all. I had only met with him once, yet it felt like I was going through this with a friend! Thanks to the girls on here that recommended Dr. Trivedi to me.
Good Luck to all you girls. I think this is a great board and everyone is soo supportive and helpful.
Hoping to be back on the pregnancy board soon.

I went for my first doctor's visit tonight all excited. I believed I'm nine weeks.
Sonogram reveals the baby is only measuring 6 weeks and there is no heartbeat. I'm going to wait a week and recheck. however that will be 26th. I may just be delaying the inevitable. So I will go thru the holidays waiting, possibly miscarrying.
This will be my 2nd miscarriage both ending with the baby measuring 6 weeks. They said they will do genetic testing on the baby when they do the D&C. Then it can be followed up with testing both of us. Anyone have any experience with this testing? I'm wondering what it involves.
My head is spinning....

Happened to my sister twice. Then
she went on to have four kids. Dont stress yet. Alll may be fine next week.

I am so sorry. I had testing done, chromosome testing that showed that the fetus had something that was totally a fluke in the process when the cells merge and never would have survived. They just test a piece of the tissue they remove from the d&c. I went on to have a beautiful daughter and now have another on the way. I'm so so sorry. FM me if you have any questions.
