Did you have or are you having one done?
How far along were you?
How much do they typically cost?
Are there any risks involved?

I am having mine done this Saturday @ Impact in East Meadow. I am going to do the gold package that is $175.00. I will be just shy of 26 weeks. I dont think there are any risks involved. I am just doing it to see the baby again, its supposed to be amazing.

I had one done during my regular Level II appointment at 20 weeks and I will be going again at 30 weeks I believe - but I will be payingfor this one on my own. It's about $150 and the place is in Alexandria, VA so it won't do you any good I guess

I really wanted to do this when I first became pregnant but changed my mind. I don't want to see what he looks like yet. I kinda felt like I was finding out the sex so I won't have that suprise at the end so I might as well leave this. I know...it probably sounds like a weird reason.

The music was very corny! I had mine done at Impact also for $175 and I was 31 weeks pregnant.

I'm getting two...one I made an appt for on Dec 22nd. I'll be only 18.5 weeks...but I wanted to find out the sex before Christmas!! I'm paying $250 for both! I'm going to Impact as well!

I found this when doing a search on 3D sonos. Not sure if its a concern but just want to put it out there since I would have liked to know if it were me.
this is and will become a huge industry in the next few years. I know the risks are really minimal. I read under

I had one at 27 weeks, I think it was about 200 bucks, no risks to the baby
I had 7-8 of my family members in the room with us, it was amazing

This is one of the reasons I am hesitating about getting the 3D sono. As cool as it is (technology), I want my babies face to be a surprise to me at birth.
