When does this phase end ?? Please help need some support
so my sons latest phase is throwing everything out of the stroller, play pen, change table you get the idea but he is constantly throwing his food off his high chair to the very happy animals below a dog and a cat.
i am going out of my mind with this so my qustions are how long will this last and is there any way to gently let an 11 month old know this is not a good idea ??
i mean he has nothing to eat by the end of meal unless i sit there feeding him and this defeats the purpose of him feeding himself table food
please help any advice is soooo welcomed right now im begining to dred meal times

Not sure when it ends but my nephew is going to be 19 months old and still does it.. Hes also a very good eater, so its not like hes avoiding the food.
ETA: he also throws things out of crib/stroller etc.

I'm sorry Gem It's hard to say whether or not it wil last. I have heard the less you react to it, the better. They get bored of it and eventually stop. Having not had experience with this yet myself, I can't help too much. I hope it gets better!

My son has been doing the same thing for the past few months (he is 1 years old) and it drives me crazy. It is usually to get my attention, and I always say a stern "no" but he still does it. I wish it would stop.

For my DD when she starts to throw food it means she's done. I used to give a time out for it - Now I have her "help" me clean it up.
