I have a wicked sore throat
I woke up this morning with such a bad sore throat and it is getting worse. I have no idea what to do accept throat losenges and tylenol which is not helping too much. I hope it is not strep. DD is sick as well.

I like to mix honey and lemon to a thick syrup consistency, and take a couple of tablespoons every couple of hours....
It helps me a lot

Was going to recommend this too.
Also, decaf tea with honey may help.
