Anyone planning a vaca before baby?
Dh and I both have off during Feb. break and I didn't book anything yet.
I would LOVE to go away one last time before baby as like a "last vacation", anyone else looking at going away and where?
I have been pricing Aruba all morning and prices are high but decent.
Do you think it is a good idea to go away then too? I will only be 5 months but going to an all inclusive resort on the beach maybe depressing too 
Any suggestions or ideas from my fellow preggers? Guess I am just confused and DH is no help, you know men if you book it they will go....Thanks for any info or advice!!!

Maybe skip the all inclusive since you will not be drinking!
But I am sure the beach will be favulous & warm so it woud be great!

I would def go away!! We didn't and I regret it. Aruba is awesome and Feb is a good month to go. The rainy season will be over with by then. They are actually going through an early rainy season right now.
Airfare is not too bad either. My sister lives there so if I can be of any help let me know

Before we found out we were PG we were planning on going to Vegas. Now we are not sure.
Do we save the money or like you said - have one last vacation?

We went on a cruise when I was 4 months. We had a great time even though I couldn't drink.

I think we are, but to keep it less expensive we are going to stay in the country.
We are thinking Miami or the west coast of FL sometime in February or March.

We had a trip planned since last year (before out BFP) checked with the Dr. to see if it is okay I still go (since I'll be 6 1/2 months) and needless to say we are of to Mexico the day after Christmas and I cannot wait!!

Definitely go if you can.
DH and I recently went away on a trip that we planned before we got the BFP.
I think we enjoyed it even more because we knew it would the last one before the baby.
BTW, I bought a really cute, and inexpensive, maternity tankini at Old Navy. Just go to the webise and click on activewear/swimwear. Then scrolll down.
It looked so cute that I loved wearing it and showing off my baby bump.
As for the drinks, I had fun getting all the virgin frozen drinks. MMMMMMMM.

We went to key west when I was bout 18 weeks! It was a great get away.
Aruba is awesome go if you can!!! And dont do an all inclusive because the food there is so good you will want to sample alot of the restaurants.
FYI, friends of ours did all inclusive at the renissance (we both went the same week stayed at the same place) we actually spent less eating at some of the same places included with their package as well as some of other great places.

We went to Cape May when I was 30 weeks with DD#1. I wish I went a little sooner. I was starting to swell and all the walking was uncomfortable. BUT I definitely recommend getting away, once DC is born it's a challenge.

We are planning on going away for a eek in either Jan or Feb. I don't know where yet, but I am leaning towards staying in the country or at least very close (somewhere in carribean)

I would love to, but with the pizzeria, and our lack of RELIABLE help... there's just no way...
I'm still praying that we find someone that we can trust to take care of the place while I'm in labor, and the first few days at home...
Goodness forbid I have to have a C-S and he can't be home with me.....
Thank goodness Mommy is coming...

5 mths is a great time to get away.
For the first I was a little over 5 mths. Marco Island, FL.
Thsi time I will be over 7mths. going to St. Petes Beach, Fl.

We went to Punta Cana as a combo birthday trip - babymoon in November (I was 25-26 weeks) and it was FABULOUS!! I highly recommend one last hurrah if you can swing it.

We are leaving on Saturday....I'll be 26weeks6days when I leave and 27weeks6days when I return.
We are going to an all inclusive in Punta Cana, DR. I was waiting for today's sonogram for clearance, tomorrow I see my doctor and do the glucose test and then we are off
