Yes. First I lost little pieces that did had some pink in it, but once I lost the actual plug a couple of days later - it was big, clear and slimey 
I never went into labor though - was induced 10 days later.

I am pretty sure I lost mine while having contractions. It was brownish and looked like a huge piece of snot.
