Cold & Congestion
What can I take for a cold and congestion that won't harm the baby? I don't have a fever - just very congested.

Re: Cold & Congestion
A plain saline spray will help loosen everything up and is safe to use. Also take a steamy shower.

Re: Cold & Congestion
I was suffering with a bad cold this fall and dealt with it the old fashioned way -- oj, soup, and tons of rest.
Feel better!
