Re: leg cramp?
Unfortunately its another joy of pregnancy!! Mine wake me up in the middle of the night and it feels as if my leg is going to explode!! The day after I have one my leg is sore for about 24hrs and I am scared to death it is going to come back every time I feel a little pull!
There are a lot of "remedies" (eat bananas, drink a lot of water, drink tonic water/club soda, stretch..) however I find that rubbing it out and walking on it makes the pain decrease!
So far this is the worst symptom ever for me!!!

Re: leg cramp?
I've been getting these too--called my doctor she said that as long as there is no swelling or redness in your legs, it is normal--should probably just go away on it own...have your husband massage it for you-thats what helped me! My soreness lasted two days and I felt it most when I went up or down the stairs...hang in there

Re: leg cramp?
another joy of pregnancy......I get them many nights now...I read it has to do with the extra weight we are now carrying and the strain on your back. the only thing that helps me is getting up to walk it off. my dh often gets woken up by the sound of me swearing and jumping out of bed as fast as i can!

Re: leg cramp?
What worked best for me is standing straight up and putting weight on it. Don't miss those!

Re: leg cramp?
Are you taking a good calcium magnesium supplement. Ask your doc about it. It helps me alot. Dont buy a cheap one. you wont absorb it as much. Mine are twin lab. they are still cheap but better than the ones at the wholesale outlets.
