Re: What are you doing for a winter coat?
I needed a new jacket anyway so I just bought one that was a size bigger and seems stretchy. It might be too big for next year but at least I will be comfy and warm for this one.

I went to the Gap and I bought this one in a Large: Gap - Wool wrap coat $99.99
I really wanted something warmer, but I thought this will do, since my winter coat from last year doesn't fit (is size M) Image Attachment(s):

My sister gave me her maternity winter coat. It's really cute...I think it might have been from Old Navy.

Re: What are you doing for a winter coat?
DH bought me a Mimi Maternity one from ebay for my birthday. I hated the thought of paying full price for a coat I'll only wear for one winter. The only thing is I got it in a medium and I'm soooo not a medium anymore. I hope it still fits me in a few weeks!

Re: What are you doing for a winter coat?
I'm facing this dilemma right now. I am pushing the limits of my poor mother's ski jacket (which is totally not work appropriate). I think I have to bite the bullet and buy a coat. It kills me too to spend $$$ on a coat that I'll wear for all of 3 months.
So far, I'm thinking Mimi Maternity or Gap.

Re: What are you doing for a winter coat?
I am 38 weeks right now. I'm wearing one of my own coats without buttoning it (I mean do I really need to button it to walk from the house to the car and the car to office?), or one of DH's coats - which all close just fine. I just couldn't see spending $$$$ for something like this.

Re: What are you doing for a winter coat?
I bought a maternity coat in October. Stupid me bought it way too small (xs) and I barely fit in it now. Now I have to buy another

Re: What are you doing for a winter coat?
Why don't you spend the winter down south where you won't need a heavy winter coat?

That's me! So far my wool coat is fitting just fine, with room still. I am hoping it will be enough for when it's really cold!

This looks like the coat I bought at Maternity Works at Tanger- $58. It's a little tight on the boobs- I will just move the button over.

Re: What are you doing for a winter coat?
My mom had gotten me a winter coat a while back which I only need to wear for a couple of months every year.... Luckily enough, she got it LARGE (and I don't mean the size) cuz she wasn't sure what size my chest would need, and it totally fits all zipped up with the belly...
I got lucky....

Re: What are you doing for a winter coat?
At 29 weeks, two of my coats still fit, and one of them I think will carry me thru.
If not, I will wear them unbuttoned with a scarf if it gets really cold.

Re: What are you doing for a winter coat?
I bought this great maternity coat from Target - Liz Lange Maternity. It's houndstooth, black and white, empire waist and the most comfortable and warm coat ever! I love it!

Re: What are you doing for a winter coat?
I bought one at about 22 weeks from Motherhood. Black wool. could be warmer. Its long enough to wear with a dress. I wear it everyday. Dressed up or in jeans. I bought it big so I hope it still fits in March

I saw this coat - it is soooo cute! Even though I think I could make it through the winter in my regular coats, I really like this one!
