Actually, all of the charts I have are at 27 weeks, which makes more sense since there are 40 weeks in a a pregnancy. Divided by three, 13w2d in each trimester. So 13w3d begins the second trimester and 26w5d (or almost 27 weeks) begins the third trimester.
