We decided not to do the class, but we are going to get the Laugh and Learn about Childbirth DVD and watch it.

im taking it because god forbid you need an emergency c-section your dh CAN NOT be in the room without taking this class and i want him there.

I went to the choldbirth class and the c-section class (just in case). I will let you know in a few weeks of it was worth it. As of now I think it was. I learned a few breathing techniques and the class was informative.

We just watched this the other day...the woman is a little annoying, but the information was really helpful...its the equivalent of taking a class but you can watch it at your own pace and rewind it and stuff. We got it from the library.

I've never heard that before. My best friend had an emergency c-section and I was in the room with her and we never took Lamaze classes.  Maybe it depends on your hospital??
