Rebekah Loren is here!
I just got home today. Rebekah Loren was born at 12:48 on Nov 20th. She weighed 6 lbs 11 ozs and 18 3/4 inches long. She has beautiful dark blue/grey eyes, and dark hair. She is so beautiful and couldn't be a better baby. My heart just melts every time I look at her. I will post pics once I find where DH saved them.
I don't have much of a birth story since she was c-section but everything went well. The epidural wasn't too bad, but it was such a strange feeling afterwards. When they finally got me up walking two days later they couldn't believe how fast I got out of bed and was walking. No one could believe I just had a baby. I had the option to stay until tomorrow, but I couldnt wait to get home.
Breastfeeding is much less icky than I thought it would be. I actually do love it, except in the beginning my nipples got cracked and were bleeding. It still hurts a lot, but the sores have healed for the most part. She latched on like a champ and has a great appetite. She has barely cried (i know that will change lol).
We still can't believe we have a daughter!!
