Re: What do you cook for dinner?
I can make: - various Hamburger Helper meals, with a veggie. - Some form of chicken dinner, like chicken parm, - baked ziti, lasagne, spaghetti w/ meatballs (I buy turkey meatballs - pretty good), pasta with sausage, etc - I also get the Rotisserie chicken from Waldbaums occasionally.
That is pretty much what I know how to make.

Re: What do you cook for dinner?
I love to cook. I try to cook every morning before I go to work so I can bring dinner to work. And my hubby can eat. I get home too late to cook. I usually make a lot of chicken. Burgers, turkey roast thing. I like to marinate chicken before I go to bed so it's full of flavor when I go to cook. I like teryki, sesame ginger. I make lemon chicken(not from bottle). Macaroni and cheese from scratch. Of course the spaghetti and meatballs. With out jar sauce. Sausage and peppers. Stuffed peppers. chicken parm, eggplant parm. Homemade smashed potatoes. Smash some garlic in with the water and/or in smashing process. For sides I make smashed potatoes, rice pilaf, white rice, stuffing, veggies.

Re: What do you cook for dinner?
I hate to cook, but I HATE fastfood even more. I try to cook 3-4 times a week, more if I'm in the mood. But there are some weeks where I just refuse to cook or go food shopping!
I rotate:
Taco's Pork Chops (Oven Fry) with side dishes Chicken Cutlets with side dishes Chicken Franchese with side dishes Penne a la Vodka Chicken & Sausage in Sauce with Capers over pasta Mexican Spagetti Beef Strogenoff Beef Stew (Crock Pot) Cheesy Chicken Bake with side dishes
Frozen Pizza Frozen Chicken stuffed Broccoli with side dishes
I like to buy the pre-made Chicken Cordeun Blue (SP?) from the butcher near my job. (YUM) Just have to put it in the oven for 45 min. to cook
Side dishes include Carrots, Corn, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Rice, Mashed Potato's, Cous Cous etc......

I like to make a roast for Sunday dinner like: Stuffed pork tenderloin Roast chicken Boned and rolled turkey Prime Rib (Always with potatoes and veg).
We also grill a lot outside, even in the winter.

Re: What do you cook for dinner?
Both DH and I cook all the time. We have about 12 different recipies that we rotate between. To keep it interesting sometimes we go to the store without any idea what we are going to make and just get random items. Then we ask someone else to suggest another item that we have to use in our meal. Its kinda like our own version of Iron Chef. Definately keeps some of our meals interesting!!!

I haven't cooked in about a month because we're moving but, I actually made a list of all the things I cook so that I try not to make the same things all the time. This way when I'm stuck for ideas I can look at the list.
Pork Chops (shake-n-bake, grilled, baked in tomato sauce) Chicken cutlets (in italian dressing, fried or bbq) Meatloaf Spaghetti and Meat Sauce Pasta with sauce (red with meatballs etc or vodka sauce) Stuffed Shells or Ravioli Hamburgers Baked Chicken with lemon potatos BBQ Ribs or Chicken London Broil Roast Beef Beef Stew Steak
