new here!!!
hi everyone!! i'm new to LIF. i came over from LIW (aka jessandjimiswedding)
i came to check this out b/c i think that maybe just maybe i belong here (if you know what i mean  ).

Congratulations & welcome!
It's debatable whether or not you should avoid altogether, or just eat in moderation, but here are some things I can think of:
Cold Cuts/Deli Meats (Listeria)
Large Fish like mackerel & tuna (High in mercury)
Peanuts (some argue this increases likelihood of peanut allergy in your baby)
Sprouts (bacteria)
Unpasteurized cheese (which is pretty rare in the US, but it's good to double-check)
That's all I can think of off the top of my head - but I'm sure there's more!
