Spinoff to carpet in baby's room
If you have/will have carpet in the nursery, will you get a little area rug as well -- just to tie the room together. I'm debating this (it may be overkill) and would appreciate hearing what you ladies are doing/have done.

We were going to, but decided against it. We decided it wasn't something that was necessary. We would rather spend the money on other things.

Same here...I also had trouble keeping the area rug secured down on top of the carpet. I felt like it could be a hazard..i could just imagine me carrying the baby around the room and tripping over it.
